William Turner – TimeSignature
William Turner is a founding member of TimeSignature and a gifted multi-instrumentalist, accomplished on bass guitar, guitar, keyboards, and drums. His passion for musical excellence, innovation, and mentorship has helped shape the band’s signature sound and commitment to performing music at the highest level.
William’s musical talents have also been featured through his work creating musical bumpers for The Bob & Tom Show, one of the nation’s longest-running syndicated radio programs. His creativity, versatility, and dedication to excellence continue to inspire audiences and fellow musicians alike.
Tim Ragland – TimeSignature
Tim Ragland is a founding member of TimeSignature and an accomplished keyboardist, drummer, producer, arranger, and songwriter. With decades of musical experience, Tim has built a reputation for creating polished, emotionally engaging music across multiple genres. His expertise in music production, live performance, and music technology has helped shape TimeSignature’s distinctive sound. Together with William Turner, Tim is committed to creating music that connects with audiences while helping develop the next generation of musicians through education and mentorship.
